🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in CS, Account Management, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong tech background in DevOps, app monitoring, and cloud-native infra.
  • Experience with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
  • Executive presence and strong communication; cross-functional teamwork.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, ProServices).
