  • Become a Sentry product expert and support customers using the platform.
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, value realization, and retention.
  • Collaborate with AEs, SEs, and Eng to meet objectives.
  • Understand SDLC and related tech to align customer goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to drive long-term success.
  • Partner with sales to identify expansions from customer success.

🎯 Requirements

  • Technical role with strong technical background.
  • BA/BS in CS or related field or equivalent experience is mandatory.
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong experience with DevOps, app monitoring, release tools, or cloud-native platforms.
  • Experience with complex, multi-divisional, multi-ge geographical customers.
  • Impressive executive presence and communication.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, ProServices).
  • Bonus: developer/devops background; knowledge of logs, metrics, traces.
