- Strong experience with DevOps, app monitoring, release tools, or cloud-native platforms.
- Experience with complex, multi-divisional, multi-ge geographical customers.
- Impressive executive presence and communication.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, ProServices).
- Bonus: developer/devops background; knowledge of logs, metrics, traces.
