📋 Description

  • Provide standard API product implementation support for customers.
  • Review architecture, requirements, API calls, and QA with customers.
  • Support issue resolution through Go-Live and Stabilization phases.
  • Provide solution architecture guidance and create docs as needed.
  • Coordinate across D&B and customer teams to overcome technical challenges.
  • Document progress and issues using standard processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business information systems or related discipline.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in defining and building functional solution architectures for distributed systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer facing role.
  • Experience with AWS and Azure; hands-on coding in Java, C++, or C#.
  • Experience collecting requirements in the form of user stories and use cases.
  • Familiar with UML, RUP, Agile, and Waterfall.
