Technical Consultant (System Engineering focus)

📋 Description

• Design and deploy ArcGIS Enterprise in high availability and DR setups
• Lead Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes deployments and migrations
• Troubleshoot server systems and perform recovery exercises
• Deliver PoCs and upgrades for ArcGIS Enterprise and databases
• Collaborate with Professional Services on complex ArcGIS IT challenges
• Guide customers and colleagues to repeatable, successful outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise GIS implementation and support
• ArcGIS Enterprise administration experience
• Troubleshoot server systems effectively
• System engineering approach based on best practices
• Clear communication with customers and staff
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Math/GIS or related STEM; travel up to 25%
