- Collaborate across Sales, BD, Product, Eng and Customer Success to align on product vision.
- Provide technical advisory, troubleshooting, and analysis for complex problems.
- Gather requirements via client meetings; lead solution design with customers, BD and Engineering.
- Extend Workato connector capabilities via HTTP and SDK; develop capabilities per client needs.
- Work with Product and Engineering to review requirements and identify platform enhancements.
🎯 Requirements
- Background in information systems, computing, engineering or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical background or good understanding of app integration trends.
- Working knowledge of APIs (RESTful, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Data Structures (JSON, XML, etc.).
- Working knowledge of any RDBMS.
- Previous coding experience / development background required.
