- Own end-to-end Brex ERP integrations (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks) to go-live.
- Act as primary technical advisor, guiding ERP setups and best practices.
- Lead project meetings and calls, set expectations, and drive projects to go-live.
- Help create training materials and Help Center content to empower users.
- Translate customer needs into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
- Share project learnings with the Integration team to improve processes.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role implementing accounting systems (QB Online, NetSuite, Xero).
- Functional expertise in GL, AP, Expense Management, and HRIS.
- Strong project management; own deliverables and timelines.
- Experience translating business requirements into product configurations.
- Excellent communication; explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative, cross-team problem solving; know when to escalate for guidance.
