🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in customer-facing role with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Xero implementations.
- Expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, and HRIS.
- Strong PM skills; own deliverables, track timelines, drive projects to completion.
- Translate business needs into product configurations to meet immediate needs.
- Excellent communication; explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative problem-solver; work across teams and escalate when needed.
