Technical Consultant I

📋 Description

• Own integrations for Brex: end-to-end setup with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks.
• Act as primary technical advisor for ERP integration setup.
• Lead project meetings and calls; capture notes and drive go-live.
• Create and refine training materials and Help Center content.
• Represent customer needs to Product and Engineering with insights.
• Share knowledge across the Integration team to improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role implementing accounting systems (QBO, NetSuite, or Xero)
• Functional expertise in G/L, AP, Expense Management, and HRIS
• Strong PM skills; own deliverables, timelines, and project end-to-end
• Experience translating business requirements into product configurations
• Excellent communication; explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborative, cross-team problem-solving with escalation when needed
