- Share insights with the Integration team to improve processes.
π― Requirements
- 2+ years in customer-facing roles implementing QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Xero.
- Functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, and HRIS.
- Strong project management skills with ownership of deliverables and timelines.
- Experience translating basic business requirements into product configurations.
- Excellent communication to explain tech to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative, cross-team problem-solving; know when to escalate.
