Technical Consultant I

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end customer integrations with Brex (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks).
• Translate business requirements into effective product configurations.
• Lead project meetings and drive tasks from kickoff to go-live.
• Create and refine training materials and Help Center content.
• Voice of the customer to Product and Engineering with actionable insights.
• Share insights with the Integration team to improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles implementing QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Xero.
• Functional expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, and HRIS.
• Strong project management skills with ownership of deliverables and timelines.
• Experience translating basic business requirements into product configurations.
• Excellent communication to explain tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative, cross-team problem-solving; know when to escalate.
