Develop fast formulas and reports to meet client requirements.
Plan and execute data migration of employee data; ensure integrity.
Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing; troubleshoot issues.
Create technical docs and end-user training; provide post-implementation support.

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years of experience as Oracle Technical Consultant.
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM/Payroll or ERP systems.
Programming skills for fast formulas, reports, integrations, or conversions.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware.
Data migration planning and data integrity validation.
Testing/QA and issue troubleshooting.
