- Introduce and apply AI tools and workflows to improve ticket management and operational efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5+ years in professional services or SaaS tech support.
- 2+ years working directly with customers in a technical role.
- Experience with APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
- Scripting in JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with AI-enabled workflows or conversational AI.
