📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end technical engagements; define scope, criteria, and outcomes.
• Provide hands-on technical work: architecture guidance, configuration, validation, troubleshooting.
• Actively manage scope: size work up front, spot creep early, re-scope formally.
• Deliver on billable SOW engagements and value-add work that drives retention and adoption.
• Embed with senior customer stakeholders to translate problems into executable solutions.
• Lead stabilization during high-severity incidents and ensure clean handover at close.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing delivery (Tech Consulting/Solutions) in B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in data platforms, architectures, and analytics; pipelines/configs.
• Strong troubleshooting and architectural judgment across multi-system environments.
• Scope and deliver engagements independently; define and manage success criteria.
• Lead and coordinate across internal teams and customers without formal authority.
• Clear communicator to technical and business stakeholders; fluent in Czech.
