Technical Consultant

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end integration of customer systems with Brex (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks).
• Translate customer business requirements into effective Brex configurations.
• Lead project meetings and technical calls; drive kickoff to go-live.
• Vancouver-based hybrid role: three in-office days weekly and up to 4 remote weeks/year.
• Contribute to customer enablement with training materials and Help Center content.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve internal processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role implementing accounting systems (QB Online, NetSuite, or Xero).
• Functional expertise in GL, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, and HRIS.
• Strong project management; own deliverables and timelines.
• Experience translating business requirements into product configurations.
• Excellent communication; explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative, cross-functional work; escalate when needed.
