Technical Consultant

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Brex integrations for NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for ERP architecture and integration
• Lead project meetings and technical calls, setting expectations and capturing notes
• Create and refine training materials and Help Center content to minimize escalations
• Represent the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering with actionable feedback
• Share knowledge with the Integration team to improve processes and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role implementing accounting systems (QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Xero)
• Functional expertise in GL, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, and HRIS
• Strong project management; own deliverables, timelines, and project completion
• Experience translating business requirements into product configurations to meet customer needs
• Excellent communication; explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations
• Collaborative problem-solving across teams; resolve issues and escalate when needed
