🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer-facing role implementing accounting systems (QBO, NetSuite, Xero)
  • Functional expertise in GL, Accounts Payable, Expense Management, and HRIS
  • Strong project management; own deliverables and timelines
  • Experience translating basic business requirements into product configurations
  • Excellent communication; explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborative, cross-team problem solving; escalate when needed
