📋 Description

• Provide hands-on implementation and deployment for customers.
• Lead multiple deployment projects to ensure long-term success.
• Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements.
• Mentor and train customers on the service.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Support to resolve issues.
• Apply cloud architectures and SaaS deployment experience with apps.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a technical consultant delivering external solutions.
• Software development exp: Java, Ruby, .NET, PHP, REST/JSON.
• JS experience with Backbone/Angular/Ember/React.
• API management familiarity: Mulesoft/Axway/Apigee.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related discipline.
• Able to multi-task across multiple engagements; strong communication.
