- Lead technical delivery of Bloomreach Product Discovery for EMEA/APAC enterprise customers; onboarding and complex enhancements.
- Design and guide integrations across product feed, tracking, APIs, and dashboard configuration to go-live with measurable value.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Service Delivery Managers, Technical and Business Consultants, Product Engineering, and client teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions for implementations.
- Remotely support customers primarily across Europe and where needed APAC.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3+ years in technical services, solutions engineering, or implementation consulting in SaaS/ecommerce.
- Technical background: JavaScript, HTML, CSS; HTTP/REST APIs; JSON.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms and third-party integrations.
- Experience with search, recommendation, and personalization tech (Solr, Elasticsearch).
- Strong client facing communication and ability to run workshops and deep dives.
