📋 Description

  • Hands-on tech support for client implementations and ops.
  • Investigate and resolve complex data and platform questions for high-touch clients.
  • Interrogate data, systems, or integrations to diagnose production data issues.
  • Partner with Data Ops, CS, Product, and Eng to respond to urgent inquiries.
  • Explain technical findings clearly in client conversations when needed.
  • Own investigation workstreams end-to-end and document findings.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4-6+ years in technical, data-focused roles.
  • Strong SQL querying skills; ability to investigate production data.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data, benefits, claims, or provider networks.
  • Experience with data ingestion workflows, integrations (including SSO), or partner-provided data feeds.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical or data issues and drive to resolution.
