- Define integration success metrics (adoption, usage, retention, revenue).
- Manage partner relationships and bridge external teams with Ramp.

π― Requirements
- 7+ years in partner sales, BD, alliances, or channel partnerships.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, API keys, ERP systems.
- Architect integrations flows without production code.
- Proven commercial instincts: negotiate and structure co-sell motions.
- Track record of delivering integration adoption and revenue impact.
- Excellent communication with engineers, product, sales, and execs.
