🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Financial Operations, Business Analytics, or Business Systems Engineering owning complex logic.
- Experience managing usage-based billing platforms (Metronome, Orb, Stripe Billing) with Salesforce/ERPs.
- Strong SaaS revenue recognition and how usage translates to revenue.
- A customer-centric approach to handling invoice questions and billing inquiries.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving cross-functional environment.
