Technical Architect – NICE CXone

📋 Description

• Architect, design, and deliver NICE CXone platform solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of NICE consultants for project delivery.
• Take ownership of technical delivery for projects from India.
• Collaborate with onsite teams, project managers, sales, and clients.
• Define detailed technical work plans and estimate offshore delivery.
• Review deliverables for quality and adherence to standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering (preferred).
• 10+ years in customer experience/CCaaS space.
• 3+ years in NICE CXone and UC environments.
• 6+ years of software development in real-time systems.
• Strong experience in enterprise CCaaS architecture.
• Experience in network infrastructure and integrations.
