Own hands-on technical delivery of customer engagements from discovery to implementation.
Lead design and execution of large-scale content and data migrations.
Work with client stakeholders to translate requirements into Notion solutions.
Lead technical design sessions, document architectures, identify gaps and risks.
Design and build customer integrations, automations, and custom tooling.
Act as trusted technical advisor, helping customers make informed architectural decisions.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in a customer-facing engineering role.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL or Python; writing production-quality code.
Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to translate technical challenges into scalable customer solutions.
Fluency in English and French.
