π― Requirements
- Bachelor's in molecular biology/genetics/bioinformatics or related field; Masters a plus
- At least 1 year of customer support or biotech industry experience
- Experience parsing large instrument logs to identify patterns
- Familiarity with multi-omics workflows a plus
- Experience with optics, microfluidics, or electromechanical instrumentation a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication and technical writing skills
