Become an advanced user of Brandwatch product suite and apply data frameworks.
Partner with customers and internal teams to design and implement technical solutions.
Build scalable data solutions: data modeling, dataset creation, cleaning, and segmentation.
Create and deliver data visualizations and dashboards to drive insights.
Present technical deliverables to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with CX and product teams to maximize customer value.

🎯 Requirements

1-3+ years in data analysis, boolean query writing, analytics, or a technical analytics role.
Experience with large datasets or unstructured text; ability to simplify insights.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Fluent English.
Familiarity with Brandwatch or similar media intelligence platforms.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
