🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years as technical/project manager with AI experience (1+ year hands-on AI).
- Familiarity with Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar agent platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI agents, automation, and how AI reshapes processes.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional transformation/automation programs.
- Demonstrated product leadership; lead initiatives changing how processes work.
