- Be a core member of the account team, leading technical workstreams for adoption
- Proactively engage and advise customers, guiding their automation programs
- Provide UiPath Platform infrastructure, installation and upgrade planning, and troubleshooting
- Enable customers' technical stakeholders on platform best practices
- Conduct design and code reviews to reinforce best practices
π― Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- 3+ years in programming .NET/Java (C#, C++, VB, Powershell)
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French
- Experience in customer-facing, technical account management or consulting
- Ability to guide customers on software engineering, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering
- Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega or Nice is preferred
