  • Take ownership of customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform
  • Be a core member of the account team, leading technical workstreams for adoption
  • Proactively engage and advise customers, guiding their automation programs
  • Provide UiPath Platform infrastructure, installation and upgrade planning, and troubleshooting
  • Enable customers' technical stakeholders on platform best practices
  • Conduct design and code reviews to reinforce best practices

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • 3+ years in programming .NET/Java (C#, C++, VB, Powershell)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French
  • Experience in customer-facing, technical account management or consulting
  • Ability to guide customers on software engineering, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering
  • Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega or Nice is preferred
