- Research and advise on complex accounting matters (leases, M&A, intangibles).
- Draft and maintain technical accounting memos and policies.
- Collaborate with external auditors for policy positions during reviews.
- Partner with Accounting Ops, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Stratfin on complex transactions.
- Prepare quarterly SOX technical accounting controls and support internal docs.
- Monitor and assess impact of new accounting pronouncements.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA required.
- 7+ years accounting experience with revenue recognition focus.
- Strong US GAAP knowledge incl ASC 842/805/350/360/810/830/815.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
- High attention to detail and integrity in financial reporting.
- Experience with public/high-growth organizations preferred.
