🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting experience, incl. 2+ years in public accounting; tech/fintech preferred.
- Hands-on experience drafting SEC filings (10-Q/10-K/8-K) with footnotes.
- Strong US GAAP knowledge; ability to draft memos and financial statements.
- Experience in debt, equity, revenue recognition, leases, intercompany, consolidation, FX.
- Familiarity with public company readiness, including SOX and internal controls.
- CPA license or Master’s in Accounting/Finance strongly preferred.
