Technical Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead month-end close for U.S. and international entities.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations with third-party support.
• Support revenue accounting to ensure ASC 606 compliance.
• Ensure payroll accounting accuracy across U.S. and international entities.
• Drive operational accuracy across AP and AR and internal controls.
• Own U.S. sales and indirect tax compliance with Avalara and external advisors.
• Prepare and review audit schedules and PBC for external audits.
• Lead process, systems, and close-efficiency improvements with automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years progressive accounting experience, SaaS/high-growth preferred.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Strong US GAAP foundation with hands-on application.
• Experience in fast-scaling environments with ambiguity.
• Proficiency with NetSuite; experience with FloQast, Airbase, BambooHR a plus.
• Ability to automate accounting processes to drive scalability.
• High standards for accuracy and documentation.
• Analytical mindset with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear and confident communicator capable of cross-functional collaboration.
