Technical Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and implement technical accounting policies for Ramp products.
• Lead technical accounting discussions with auditors and stakeholders.
• Research accounting requirements for new standards and transactions.
• Maintain internal control policies and provide documentation to auditors.
• Support month-end close with complex reconciliations and entries.
• Lead financial statement audits and improve audit processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of external audit, accounting, or advisory at a Big 4 firm (Manager+).
• Strong technical accounting background and ability to interpret/apply standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent).
• Active CPA license (required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
