  • Create concise integration checklists, runbooks, and samples tailored to engagement.
  • Lead technical calls, demos, and occasional on-site deployments.

  • 5+ years enterprise client-facing technical experience (TAM/solutions).
  • Experience with POS hardware and contactless/EMV or retail deployments.
  • Advisory, hands-on capacity for hardware, SDK, and API integrations.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; lead focused technical sessions.
  • Familiar with REST APIs and webhooks; explain API usage to engineers.
  • Hands-on with mobile (iOS/Android) or web payment SDKs; read/debug client code.
