๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Serve as the dedicated technical resource for assigned customer accounts
  • Partner with customer System Administrators to understand processes and configurations
  • Translate customer business needs into system configuration and optimization recommendations
  • Oversee and coordinate customer support tickets; escalate critical issues to drive resolution
  • Conduct Release Readiness Reviews and enablement to prepare customers for new features
  • Build trusted advisor relationships through regular customer meetings and ongoing alignment

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years Technical Account Management or equivalent experience (WFM)
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects with competing priorities
  • Strong root cause diagnostic skills for software/config or user error
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and English communication skills
  • Technical understanding of Workato, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit, SnapLogic
