- 3+ years Technical Account Management or equivalent experience (WFM)
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects with competing priorities
- Strong root cause diagnostic skills for software/config or user error
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and English communication skills
- Technical understanding of Workato, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit, SnapLogic
