  • 3+ years TAM or related experience in workforce management solutions
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects with priorities
  • Strong root-cause diagnostic capabilities to assess problems
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and English communication skills
  • Technical understanding of integration platforms: Workato, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit, SnapLogic
