  • 3+ years of enterprise client-facing experience.
  • Strong product sense; thrives solving complex user problems.
  • English and Spanish communication skills for regional customers.
  • Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a proactive, consultative manner.
  • Familiarity with APIs; able to explain API concepts to technical customers.
  • Familiarity with SQL and building/modifying queries.
