Collaborate with Customer Success and user-facing teams to support users.
Lead user-facing meetings in person and via video.
Contribute to ongoing design of this support offering.
Create user-facing content for lasting solutions.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of enterprise client-facing experience.
Strong product sense; thrives solving complex user problems.
English and Spanish communication skills for regional customers.
Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a proactive, consultative manner.
Familiarity with APIs; able to explain API concepts to technical customers.
Familiarity with SQL and building/modifying queries.
