Manage a portfolio of clients across hospitality, clubs, and golf venues.
Conduct Technology Business Reviews (TBRs) and lead client strategy sessions.
Develop and maintain technology roadmaps and lifecycle plans.
Assess client environments for performance, security, risk, and improvements.
Drive proactive initiatives (network upgrades, Wi-Fi optimization, security enhancements).
Collaborate with Service Desk and Projects teams to deliver projects.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in IT, including 3+ years within an MSP environment.
Background as a Senior Engineer (L3), Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
Microsoft 365 / Azure.
Networking (firewalls, switches, VPNs, Wi-Fi).
Infrastructure and virtualization.
Telephony systems (3CX).
Proven ability to work directly with clients in a technical advisory role.
