- Location: Remote to start; hybrid onsite in Barrie, Canada.
- Serve as primary technical liaison between Axon and customers.
- Monitor tickets, provide tier-2 troubleshooting, escalate when needed.
- Ensure SLRs and contractual obligations are met.
- Interpret release notes to drive product adoption.
- Facilitate training for integrations (APIs, workflows).
๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years IT experience in a support or deployment role.
- Experience with law enforcement or government entities.
- Proven track record managing customer relationships and projects.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Strong IT background: routing, switching, WiโFi, telecom.
- MS Server/Client OS, SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID.
