  • Location: Remote to start; hybrid onsite in Barrie, Canada.
  • Serve as primary technical liaison between Axon and customers.
  • Monitor tickets, provide tier-2 troubleshooting, escalate when needed.
  • Ensure SLRs and contractual obligations are met.
  • Interpret release notes to drive product adoption.
  • Facilitate training for integrations (APIs, workflows).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years IT experience in a support or deployment role.
  • Experience with law enforcement or government entities.
  • Proven track record managing customer relationships and projects.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Strong IT background: routing, switching, Wiโ€‘Fi, telecom.
  • MS Server/Client OS, SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID.
