  • Build deep, long-lasting customer relationships as trusted advisor.
  • Drive strategic alignment and deployment for Workforce Identity.
  • Collaborate with engineering and support to resolve escalations.

  • Design IAM, IGA, PAM, and ITDR solutions for customers.
  • Travel for onboarding and in-person week at SF or Chicago.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 6+ years of related experience (or 6+ yrs with a Masterโ€™s).
  • 3+ years as TAM or similar role (TAM, consultant, PM, architect).
  • 3+ years in identity and access management (SSO, MFA, lifecycle).
  • BA/BS/MS in CS/IT or related discipline, or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Okta Certified, CISSP, or equivalent.
  • Deep knowledge of IAM tech: SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
