  • Elevated Tech Support: Escalate and resolve complex issues with product and engineering.
  • Customer Success: Ensure customers use Huntress to meet objectives; provide training.
  • Technical Sales Enablement: Lead training sessions on product usage and best practices.
  • Partner/Customer Technical Advocacy: Relay feedback for product improvements.
  • Training/Onboarding: Onboard customers, drive adoption, and value realization.
  • Account Growth: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during technical reviews.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years in Technical Account Management or pre-sales.
  • Experience or interest in cybersecurity; familiarity with frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
