🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in CX technical consulting and client management.
  • Hands-on CCaaS tech: NiCE CXone, Genesys, Five9, AWS Connect, Zoom CC.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop technical support teams.
  • Strong ITIL processes understanding.
  • Experience managing SOWs, invoicing, and resource planning.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, global, cross-functional environment.
