- Experience in TAM, solutions consulting, sales engineering, CS, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- Experience supporting pre-sales and post-sales engagements across the customer lifecycle
- Ability to conduct structured discovery and translate customer requirements into practical solutions
- Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills for diverse stakeholders
- Experience delivering onboarding, enablement, or training programs that drive adoption
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, DSPs
