🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years enterprise-level client-facing experience
  • Fluency in French
  • Strong product sense and energized by solving tough user problems
  • Proficient in English and French communication
  • Ability to lead complex integration conversations consultatively
  • Familiarity with APIs and explain API concepts to tech customers
  • Familiarity with SQL; able to build basic queries
  • Strong technical troubleshooting; comfortable interfacing with tech teams
  • Professional, confident and collaborative; adept client relationships
