  • Take ownership of customer tech success with UiPath Platform.
  • Provide embedded technical advisory to mature automation programs.
  • Guide UiPath Platform infrastructure planning, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Enable customer stakeholders on platform best practices.
  • Conduct design and code reviews for automations to enforce best practices.
  • Perform technical health checks and identify risks/opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Support to resolve escalated incidents.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Experience with UiPath Automation Suite
  • 5+ years in programming .NET/Java with 2+ years cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Understanding of BPM
  • Proven customer-facing technical account management or consulting experience
  • Expertise across software engineering, deployment, cloud, and infra
  • Experience with Langgraph or CrewAi, LLMs, and RAG/MCP
  • Authorized to work in the United States
