Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for strategic partners.
• Build and maintain implementation playbooks and integration guides.
• Lead tech sessions with partner engineers; review integration approaches.
• Diagnose API, webhook, and auth issues; own end-to-end resolution.
• Turn partner feedback into structured Product/Engineering input.
• Run regular technical reviews with enterprise partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in a client-facing technical role (e.g. TAM, Solutions Eng, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Expert-level comfort with APIs; read docs, test endpoints, and debug integrations.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and SQL; knowledge of other languages helpful.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements across timelines.
• Ability to move between engineering standups and executive reviews.
• Builder mindset: document, systematize, and improve processes.
• Nice to have: payments/fintech background.
• Nice to have: familiarity with card networks or stablecoin/digital assets.
