📋 Description

  • Serve as a technical SME for Delinea’s Privilege Access services and products
  • Be the customer trusted advisor to ensure engagement and deployment success
  • Regularly monitor customer health and report results to regional teams
  • Deliver remote services including configuration, onboarding, and training
  • Engage with customers to resolve high priority issues affecting service
  • Track bugs, releases, and security changes; advocate for customer interests

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in a CS/related role
  • Understanding of apps, infra and processes in large orgs with PAM
  • Experience with Delinea or PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects weekly
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • UNIX/Linux admin and AD/Windows Server admin; cloud IaaS (Azure/AWS)
