📋 Description

  • Manage VIP customer portfolio as technical advisor.
  • Monitor health and performance of Varicent solutions.
  • Coach users on config concepts and best practices.

  • Collaborate with TAMs and internal teams to troubleshoot issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • Advanced SQL is mandatory.
  • Strong experience with SQL data manipulation and Excel.
  • Prior experience with Query Languages and Relational Databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Varicent products (admin/implement/support).
  • Understanding of Sales Performance Management domain.
  • At least 5 years in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software implementation.
  • Ability to coach users and communicate with VIP customers.
