Configure and optimize Varicent solutions per customer requirements.
Collaborate with TAMs and internal teams to resolve issues and improve solutions.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of IT consulting or enterprise software implementation.
Strong SQL and relational database experience.
Hands-on SQL data manipulation and Excel skills.
Varicent software experience (admin, implement, or support).
Understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
