- 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Senior Support, or Project Management.
- 5+ years in implementing/operating scalable distributed DBMS.
- Technical breadth in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, and big data.
- Experience leading large-scale technical projects with multiple engineers.
- Expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure IaaS (EC2).
- Excellent communication and customer-facing collaboration skills.
