Review new features, fixes, and release notes for impact
Configure Varicent solutions per documented customer requirements
Prepare and share monthly performance, utilization, and support metrics

🎯 Requirements

At least 5 years in IT consulting or enterprise software
Strong SQL data manipulation and relational DB experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
Hands-on Varicent product experience (admin/implement/support)
Understanding of Sales Performance Management domain
Basic knowledge of system configurations and data integration
