🎯 Requirements
- Experience in technical account management or solutions consulting
- Experience supporting pre-sales, post-sales, or full lifecycle engagements
- Ability to conduct structured discovery and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Strong presentation and communication for technical and business stakeholders
- Experience delivering onboarding programs or workflow-based training
- Able to manage multiple engagements with quality and speed
