🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in technical account management or solutions consulting
  • Experience supporting pre-sales, post-sales, or full lifecycle engagements
  • Ability to conduct structured discovery and translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong presentation and communication for technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience delivering onboarding programs or workflow-based training
  • Able to manage multiple engagements with quality and speed
