- 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support (permanent).
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Exceptional communication across written, chat, video, and in-person.
- Ability to provide concise updates to stakeholders and engineering during escalations.
- Analytical skills to trace issues across hardware, APIs, and databases; SQL and log parsing.
- Experience with API-based troubleshooting.
- Telematics and fleet management knowledge (Compliance, Asset, Safety).
